Ed joined the wine industry with Indevin in 2007 after a successful forty-year career in the international oil and gas industry, where he held civil contracting and varied governance roles. An inaugural honorary fellow of the Massey University Centre for Business and Sustainability and a fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors (2003), Ed is also a Certified Professional Director.

Duncan attended Renwick School and Marlborough Boys College before entering the business world in the late 80’s. He spent 13 years in the aquaculture industry, primarily focused on the farming, processing and export of mussels and oysters, and became involved in the wine industry through a vineyard development in 2002. As the New Zealand wine industry grew globally, Duncan identified a lack of winemaking infrastructure and founded Indevin Limited in 2003. He is a graduate of The Icehouse and a regular guest speaker.

Auckland based, Phill graduated from Waikato University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree in Marketing and International Management. After a rewarding decade in the Internet and software industries, primarily exporting to the USA, he became involved with a traditional branded wine company in 2005 and established Indevin’s export business in 2007.

Lisa graduated from Canterbury University with an LLB (Honours).
She has been Indevin’s lawyer since 2006 and joined the Indevin board in 2016.
Lisa was previously a principal at Chapman Tripp and a partner in the Christchurch law firm, Alexander Paull.
Lisa is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, with expertise in commercial contracting, corporate structuring, finance, mergers and acquisitions.
She is based in Christchurch.

Since joining the Thresher Group in 1994 where he ran a number of specialist wine shops "Jonno Butt" has enjoyed a long and varied career within the wine trade.
He achieved his WSET Diploma in 1996 and became the first overseas student at the Marlborough Wine Tech to study a Diploma in Viniculture and Viticulture which he accomplished with distinction.
After a hands on experience at several New Zealand wineries he returned to the UK and became Head of Global Wine Sourcing at First Quench retail.
In 2009 he met Phill and began a new journey with Indevin, the rest is history #thisisindevin
